Although a little thin on content, Rosser does a great job of informing us about the solar plexus chakra. I would have love to seen tips on how to clear and strengthen the chakras besides the one chant. Gemstones, types of foods, etc in conjunction with the mandala work or an mp3 would have made this book stand out even more. I really enjoyed the mandalas in this book.Product details
